What We're Looking For:
Strong business development mindset with a track record of driving growth
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results
What You’ll Do:
Drive new business opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships
Collaborate with ownership on long-term vision and strategic planning
Earn on a commission basis/profit sharing, with income tied directly to the business you help build
